Anna from Elements Studio

Hey there! I have a little story to share with you today about the beautiful work of resin artist Anna. I discovered her creations through a friend of mine who had some of her pieces at home, and I was immediately intrigued. I wanted to know more about her process and how she creates these mesmerising pieces. Anna's work is truly poetic and reminds me a lot of photography. The way she freezes beauty in time is just breathtaking. So, I decided to document one of Anna's workshops at her studio for some new images for her brand. I loved finding a studio with big windows letting natural light in - that always makes indoor shooting so much easier! We started with some photos of Anna at work, creating one of her pieces using dried flowers. I always love seeing passionate artists in action and capturing that energy in my photographs.

During the workshop, each participant got to mix three colors and pour them onto a support, creating their own unique piece. It was absolutely magical to see the movement of the liquid and the expressions on the participants' faces. I was able to capture all the little details: hands, liquids, and sparkling eyes.

I tried my best to transmit the actions in a poetic way that conveyed the flow of the moment. And of course, the best part of the shoot was the birthday cake that one of the participant had brought! I hope my images will do justice to Anna's work and her workshops. Check out her website and Instagram to see more of her stunning pieces.

Catch you later for more little stories! ✨
